FAQ

How do they work?

An app will be provided with hire or purchase to control all the glasses. Setup takes a few minutes by simply connecting to our provided wifi box.

How long do they last on a charge?

Up to 4 hours on a full charge depending on brightness and effects used. The glasses should take between 20-30 minutes to charge from 0-100%.

How do I charge them?

Simply place them in the guided slot available on the provided charge base. Each charging base can charge 12 glasses at a time (1 case) up to 60 glasses from a single charger. Charge bases are customised for bar installations

How do I wash them?

Hand wash or glasswasher/dishwasher.

Can they sync to music?

Yes, they can sync to music, the time, in groups or individually.

Do you provide a technician for hire?

Yes

What if they break?

Glass breakages are expected, so a reduced repair fee is chargeable for any broken glassware. However, if the base electronics is broken due to misuse, a replacement will be required.
